Whether you have it made to your specifications or order a TreMonte specialty pie, these pizzas emerge from the 700-degree brick oven as works of art. And yet there is so much more to TreMonte: tortellini with prosciutto, chicken with broccoli, shrimp arrabbiata, eggplant parmigiana, grilled steak tips, sausage and rabe. Perhaps to keep its pizzeria identity legit, TreMonte also offers buffalo wings, nachos, burgers and sandwiches; just don't expect them to be average.
