The marvelous menu features an impressive 68 mouthwatering dishes prepared to order from fresh ingredients by the restaurant's talented chefs and kitchen staff. It's worth noting that with over 26 years as an owner/operator on Long Island's prestigious North Shore, the Mim's management has been cited as among the country's best. Here, dining is an total-sensory experience. Hence, sight, sound, taste, touch and aroma are all factored into the memorable dining Mill Creek delivers. Among the starters, we recommend the Escargot a la Provence, Chesapeake Bay Crab Cakes and Fresh Mozzarella Tower. Then it's on to such house specialties as the Tavern Mussel Pots, which come in six luscious variations with a full two pounds of P.E.I. Mussels. For grazers, the Grilled Salmon or Filet Mignon Salad should satisfy nicely, while comfort classics include Homemade Chicken Pot Pie, Hickory BBQ Baby Back Ribs, and Peach Sauteed Chicken (although seafood lovers may prefer the Lemon Sole Oreganata or Stone Mustard Grilled Salmon).
